Goof-off might work, but it's mighty expensive considering how much you pay for how much you get. My impression (based largely on smell) is that it's nothing more than mineral spirits with some high-powered marketing wrapped around it. Even mineral spirits has plenty of marketing wrapped around it. At the local Wal-mart I can buy 8 oz. of mineral spirits in a fancy bottle for $2.39, or an entire gallon in an ugly can for $2.79. You do the math.
